The East Lansing Public Library recently chose to go with Innovative’s cataloging service, SkyRiver. The ELPL had not been using a full-service cataloging utility. Lauren Douglass, Head of the Technology Services for the ELPL, noted delivering materials in a more timely fashion as a key factor. Focusing on putting items in the hands of patrons quickly is a priority. Douglass said “This is really going to help get them [materials] out as fast as we can.”
