Expired: Register now for digital literacy workshops in Indiana

MCLS will be offering five workshops in March and April 2020 as part of an Indiana LSTA grant project to support the development of digital skills and literacies of Indiana public library staff. The workshops will empower participants to create a digital learning plan for their library by learning how to incorporate technology competencies and how to help staff successfully achieve their digital literacy goals, and by creating activities to support the development of digital literacy skills for staff.

Registration is currently open. These workshops are for Indiana public library staff. Each workshop is limited to 15 participants and priority will be given to staff from small and medium sized libraries. Participation will be limited to two participants per library.

The dates and locations for the workshops will be:
Mar 25, Knox County Public Library, Vincennes, IN
Mar 26, Floyd County Public Library, New Albany, IN
Mar 31, Nappanee Public Library, Nappanee, IN
Apr 2, Hamilton-East Public Library-Fishers, Fishers, IN
Apr 7, Jasper County Public Library DeMotte Branch, DeMotte, IN
